Deposits can be paid via a cheque drawn on a French bank, international bank transfer, or Paypal. Full payment details will be provided along with the booking form and shown again on your confirmation email. Your deposit payment needs to be made within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email.

We'd prefer not to charge for cancellations but sadly (as we need to eat!) we have to. Deposits are generally non-refundable in the case of cancellation within 10 weeks of your arrival date, although a refund will be made on a goodwill basis if we’re able to take another booking of the same value for the same period (less an administration fee to cover any actual costs or losses on our part). If you cancel your booking more than 10 weeks before the start of your retreat, we’ll refund your deposit less an administration fee if necessary. As ever, we strongly advise that you take out travel insurance.
